Scanned Materials Process Change

As of May 21, 2015, the University Library will no longer transfer files to UVaCollab. Instead, instructors must download requested files to their own device and then upload files directly to their course sites in UVaCollab.

I. Complete and submit the Library's Instructional Scanning Request form.

  1. Go to the Instructional Scanning Request Form and login using your ILS account user name and LEO/ILS password.  If you don't already have an account, click on First Time Users and fill out the form.
  2. Under Request Type in the navigation menu, choose UVaCollab to access the scanning request form.
  3. New!Your requested materials will be scanned and you will receive an email from ISS staff that contains a link to download your requested materials as a PDF.
